Most in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs may apply, and items must be in unassembled, like-new condition.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture products?
Yes, all Pop Maison products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered our fulfillment process, and standard return procedures would apply.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
